Stir Fry
This recipe was so good and pretty simple! It doesn’t take forever to make. It’s not your normal Stir Fry that you see all over Pinterest. We love to put A LOT of cabbage and broccoli into ours. We cook this meal about once a month. This recipe feeds 4 people.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 lb of steak or chicken
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 white onion
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
RECIPE:
Begin by cooking your rice (follow instructions on box). After rice has been started, start chopping your veggies. While your rice is cooling begin cooking your steak or chicken. We normally use a steak sirloin.
Cut and put steak into frying pan. Pour about 2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into pan. Put chopped broccoli into pot and bring to boil. Once your meat is almost done cooking add the rest of your chopped vegetables and cover. Once veggies are completely cooked add in your cooled rice and stir. Once everything is well mixed it’s time to serve and enjoy!
