RETURN POLICY

At The Divine Ivy, our biggest goal is to well serve our awesome customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it work!

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get everything sorted out for you!

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y:

  • Please contact us if you are wanting to return your item so, we will be on the lookout for your package. 
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options).  Divine Ivy is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • All jewelry is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn. If refused we will email you and you can choose to send it back to you at your expense OR have us donate it.  
  • The color and patterns of some items may not be exact due to lighting and photography lens. This does not qualify as a defect and we will not accept any returns for these reasons.
  • Include your return form and original receipt inside the package.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
  • Once we receive and review the items being returned then we will issue a refund if applicable. 

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window
